coronation street , little jacks legacy ?

i have been wondering for a while now, but when jack duckworth died he left money for baby jack . so why does tyrone think this money is his ,and shouldn't it have been put it in trust for baby jack. or did jack also leave money for tyrone , because i don't think he did.

    I think he left it to Tyrone with the words 'for baby Jack' meaning that as Tyrone had to look after him because Molly had died, then it would help him. Of course they didn't know then that Jack was not Tyrone's child. So technically it is Tyrone's legacy.

    Kevin got the Jack's named changed to Webster, as for the money I forgot about that.

    Tyrone kept his - maybe he gave Kevin the money, sorry -
