Capital punishment is murder - No it is a public Service (We give rapist and murderers free room and board for the rest of their lives, how does that work?)

Marijuana(or any drug) use is a victim-less crime. - You and your family and friends are the victims. If you were a hermit in your house all day then you are the only victim which is bad enough.

1) Disagree. Nobody is forcing you to be an american, and part of the constitution of the US is that all citizens are subject to US law. If the law says you need to pay taxes, you need to pay taxes.

2) Agree. The unborn fetus is as much of a human as you or me. Under the protection of the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution the unborn fetus has rights.

3) Disagree. If the criminal is convicted of a Class 1 Felony then yes, the death penalty is an option under US law. Murder is the lawful, willful and intentional killing of a human by another human. There are three exceptions to murder: self defense, executions, and killing enemy soldiers during a war. So by definition capital punishment isn't murder.

4) Disagree. The victim is the user. There are negative effects of using ALL illegal drugs. These drugs are illegal for a reason.
