Browsers, On Both Chrome and IE?
The area surrounding fill-in-boxes, radio buttons is so light it's sometimes invisible. It's been that way for about a month. I tried restoring default settings,but it's made no difference.

this seems to be a settings issue with your graphics. Go to control panel and find it by name, say nvidia. Open it and decrease the transperency level.
