help i got a cockatiel 3 days ago it was hand feed but has some problems help!?

ok so it loves me but will hiss and bite my fingers how do i stop that and get her to trust me more it hates my fingers because its owner before used to grab it ,it is only 12 weeks old. please help tell me everything u can please!

    If you go slow and give her treats, she will eventually learn that you are nice, and you won't hurt her. She might still hiss if you startle her, but she won't bite after she's used to your hands. Good luck!

    I had the same thing happen and i had 6 cockatiels. What worked for me is to talk to the bird in a friendly voice and go slowly when approaching the bird. she will eventually get used to this. this is how i fingertrained mine too. they learn to trust you kind of like any other animals
