I use novalog with meals, 1 unit for every 5 carbs. I just take lantus at bed time, long lasting. Do you think it will be ok for 2 nights?

maybe, if you watch your diet and activity. If you start to feel bad, go to an emergency room or urgent care where you are.

A local pharmacist may be able to fix it.
If not you can buy a new pen or buy a bottle and some syringes.
If you do not get your lantus you will need extra novalog.
Call your doctor, from your vacation and ask for more information. You will not be okay to just miss your long acting insulin.
