What exactly happened in Grecee this year?

Does anyone have a brief summary on Grecee´s economic crisis? I know that for some reason they are completely broke, but I am completely oblivious to the situation.

    socialism does not work.

nothing in life is free, health care included

doctors, nurses, techs all want to get paid.Nobody will go to 12 years of college to become a cardiologist or a surgeon to make the same amount of money that a non degree person would make.

Greece is in trouble like the rest of Europe, because "come on down, its free" attitudes

same thing is happening in this country.

Obama already wants everyone to believe that the rich owes everyone a living.

There is no incentive to work hard, and be all you can be.

The gold medal is not won by the lazy and the incompetent.

    The short (true) answer:

The entire world economy, which is based on a bunch of pieces of paper, is slowly unraveling in every country around the globe.

A new system will have to be created at some point, 10 years 100 years whatever. Right now countries are just tying to do the best they can to keep the world running as it is: which basically means the rich stay rich and the poor stay poor.

The poor people in Greece (no pun intended) all got screwed in the you know where this year by the rich. Same old news.
