If voter fraud doesn't exist, how come whenever there is a re-count the numbers change?
We have seen it time and time again. When two candidates are voted on for the same job, the loser asks for a recount, gets it and the count is different from the first count! How come?
Ummm, Does anyone see the word "election " in my question?

Because for all our whiz bang technology, we still rely on outdated and silly voting systems, and also because humans are not perfect, and some lie and cheat to help their candidates.
The 2,000 election was proof of that. We also use cheesy tactics, specifically designed to fool and trick voters, like those ridiculous Butterfly ballots.
It should be an infallible electronic system. Press a button, and ONE vote registers.
Bam. That easy.
Instead, we are still dealing with morons, who can't fill out a simple "X" ballot, without screwing it up.

Someone here is correct - you are talking about ellection fraud.
In any recount you can expect the numbers to change slightly. Depending how big the count is they may change by single digits but it's usually under 100 and often goes either way randomly.
Voter fraud is evident when at each recount the numbers change in favor of one candidate by relatively large numbers. This happened twice in my memory. The first time was in 2000 when they recounted the Florida presdiential vote and over 700 votes for Democrat Algore mysteriously appeared in Palm Beach County. Then it happend in the Minnesota sentate race when they recounted Democrat Al Franken's votes and each time he had a higher number. Then they stopped counting when he ended up ahead.
Source(s): A recount wouldn't change because of voter fraud, but because of election fraud. Election fraud is very hard to prove because the Democrats cover their tracks so well. Voter fraud is nearly impossible to prove. - ?Lv 79 years ago
If voter fraud doesn't exist, how come retired and otherwise immune Democrats all BRAG about doing it? How come Democrat Secretaries of State go on TV to boast there is nothing anyone can do to prevent THEM facilitating it? Why do liberal radio shows run stories to GLORIFY busing people from out of State to corrupt the vote?
> Daily Jr, reminisced about countless thousands of bogus votes each year his minions would produce
> The 2008 Ohio Secretary of State told TV she knew of hundreds of thousands of fraudulent "voters" registered in Ohio by Democrat activists and that she would not give that information to the Districts so they could prevent BALLOTS being cast in their names.
> NPR ran a program with their reporter "embedded" with a group busing voters over the State line after they vote so they can vote again in the next State.
