What make-up suits my skin and hair?

my hair is medium brown, with caramel coloured streaks in the light. My skin is quite tanned and i have eyes that change from green to brown, i never know what colours of make-up to wear, what colour mascara, eyeshow, lipgloss, blusher etc,

I quite like how peach mixes with brown and caramel colors (your hair that is). Pink will provide a contrast. But I suggest sticking with peaches (or warm toned - yellow toned lip and blush colors). Apricots and corals are included here too. They would probably look better on your skin then anything pink (cool toned-might clash with your skin and make you look sick and washed out). I'm guessing the brown in your eyes is quite light right? You have hazel eyes? Or you mean they sometimes look green, sometimes brown? Either way, I think purple would complement the green really well :) Other colors you SHOULD try for gorge green eyes would be warm brown (complements your skin tone too!), gold, pinks, burgundy, copper and champagne. Practice with the reddissh browns to try and make them look as natural as possible. Btw, if you ever try a bright color lip, it reallyyyyyy makes green eyes look vivid. And yes, lip colors can make eye colors stand out. Warm brownish reds on your lips would also look good. Black winged out liner and a softer brown shadow make them stand out too :)

I recently dyed my hair dark, but before, I looked just like you, except my eyes don't change!

Here's my simple every day makeup routine. It's neutral so it works well and since we have darural tans we can afford to play up the brush and bronzer!

    1. Apply Maybeline's "Dream Liquid Mousse" with a Sonia Kashuk stippling brush.

    2. Apply Maybeline's "Coverstick Corrector" concealer under eyes, over redness, and as a highlighter.

    3. Apply Sandra Kashuk bronzer with an Eco Tools contour brush.

    4. Apply Maybelline's "Dream Mousse" blush with a blush brush.

    5. Apply L'Oreal's "True Match" pressed powder with a large Sandra Kashuk fluff brush.

    6. Apply a Maybelline mascara, may or may not curl my lashes first.

    7. Apply Maybelline's "Baby Lips" chapstick, may or may not add a swipe of gloss.

    8. Fill in my eyebrows with an Eco Tools angle brush and some brown shadow.

*May or may not add a little brown shadow in my crease or add a little brown liner to the outer corner of my bottom lash line.

Basically, it's not so much the colors that matter as much as getting the high and low lights right with contouring, just like the streaks in your hair. For mascarra, I do black but you could do black or brown. For eyeshadow I use brown and light colors for highlighting, but copper tones and purples are pretty with brown eyes. And with your skin and blush, anything will work, but have different effects!

With pink pores and skin, gentle hues will make your pores and skin look redder, at the same time as darker hues will make your pores and skin look paler and not in any respect so pink. i imagine a powerful chestnut color, or perhaps black once you're bold (you are able to dye it black and then get a sweet style so it doesnt look gothy, if gothy is really no longer your look) in spite of the undeniable fact that, do no longer flow too darkish if you're VERY dwindled pink, you are able to look ill. yet sure, flow with a powerful darkish brown or black, or medium brown if you're a very dwindled pink. you may get some highlights or lowlights too :)

I would say black mascara, metalic copper eyeshadow, some dark pink or brown blush, and a clear or glittery gloss.

    Source(s): Hope this helps!
