Can anyone suggest some interesting topics for my HR talks?

As a HR director of course I'm aware of many relevant topics that employees may want to hear when I have my weekly get-togethers with them. But I'd like to get a different perspective in case I'm biased. I'm not talking about obvious topics like benefits or what's going on in the company - rather more like self-motivation, safety at the workplace, etc. But these seem so normal. Something fresh would be good, but they must be topics that will genuinely interest and engage employees.
