Well I highly doubt all the boys at your school are jerks. And if you want an artsy type I'd suggest if you guys have an art club to join it. You can meet some really nice guys like that. Or take an art class. That's how me and my boyfriend met, we both had the same art teacher and ended up getting together a few months afterwords. :)

Um parties or any teen hangout place... Like the mall or something and don't go up to them and say " hi" that's creepy. Just like give them some signal you are interested.

sign up for dating sites, okcupid is the one I would suggest for you. Or go to places you like to go and talk to the guys there
