It would be a little egostistical to do so.It would assume that if you opened a science book to read it so you could learn more about science that you already knew all the science so you could imagine the book. Isn't existensialism grand.

Yes we can be totally sure. Don't you feel, see, smell, hear and touch and taste. In the world to come these senses will be even greater.
