IS IT ILLEGAL TO TAKE SOMETHING OUT OF SOMEONE ELSES SHOPPING CART?

sorry for the caps. i mean before they pay for it can you swipe it from them.

    Not against any laws, the carts are just a convenience. It's store merchandise for sale until it's paid for.

    No, that would not be nice because she'd get home to bake cookies and not have some ingredients. It is kind of funny though to put something in somebody's cart.Something like?

    good i did that at goodwill when someone abandoned the cart for more then 30min.
