Can you get added charges/tickets when fighting the ones you have?

A cop pulled out behind me after noticing my headlight wasn't working, then saw I was missing license plate lights and my brake lights went working... After pulling me over he noticed that me and everyone in the car was high from a small amount of marijuana. There was none in our possession and were all miniors so he decided to not give me a dui as long as he gave me the three other tickets. One for driving between 1am and 5am, one for licence plates lights, and another for brake lights. However I no longer have the restrictions of driving hours and found out my licence plate lights had tape on them and my brake lights well I deserve that one. So I'm going to fight the other two but I was wondering that if I do cab they bring up the dui in court and decide to charge me with it then? Because if So I rather not fight I plan on going on to college and I would prefer a clean record as this is the only stupid thing I've ever done.... Thanks again.
