When you fly abroad how much liquid can you have in hand luggage?

I know you can only have 100mls of liquid in hand luggage. But I am only taking hand luggage so want to take shampoo, conditioner, face wash, sun cream, and toothpaste! Can i take a 100mls of each of them? Or 100mls in total?

Thanks for your help :)

Update:

There are some bad guesses here.

The rules for liquids in had (cabin) bags for people flying from an EU or UK airport are very clear:

You can carry liquids in bottles of no more than 100cl each.

You may only have a maximum of 10 bottles. This gives you a total of 1 litre of liquids.

The bottles must be carried together in a clear sealed plasic bag so that airport security can examine them. Most larger airports provide suitable bags at their security queues but it's better nd quicker if you are already prepared.

Gels, creams, pastes and even jars of jam count as "liquids" for this purpose.

Partly empty tubes of gels or pastes may be considered to be "full" by the security inspector so if the tube is more than 100cl in size it will be confiscated even if it's half empty. If you argue with them you will be taken aside for a "talking to" and risk being late for your flight. You can buy small "travel size" tubes of toothpaste and other creams in some supermarkets and chemists so look for these.

So carry the minimum amount that you think you will need for your first day abroad. Buy the rest when you arrive.

You are absolutely forbidden to take sharp objects in hand luggage. So your razor and tweezers (unless they are completely round ended and blunt) will be confiscated at security (you don't get them back and there is no compensation). You should not attempt to carry any sharp pointed or edged object onto the aeroplane, it doesn't make any difference whether they're metal or plastic. Get them when you arrive at your destination.

read the information, it's only been the rule for 6 years.

each bottle no more than 100ml. All the bottles to fit in one 20cm x 20cm plastic bag. Applies to liquids, gels or paste.

in practice this means about four small bottles.

Bic-type razors ok. Tweezers maybe but be prepared to lose them.

you won't be able to use on a airplane so why %. in hand bags? positioned it contained in the carry and also you would possibly want to't have an issue. It's100% certain you'd be stopped on the xray protection (if no longer they don't look doing their interest actual!) for a guide examine. you gained't get it confiscated because it is not any longer a banned product. So why move nonetheless the guide seen search for and characteristic to get each and every thing out ,and then ought to repack!
