The difference is that people in general didn't hate Miami and Lebron prior to Lebron's trashing of the people of Cleveland. On the other hand, the masses have hated the Lakers for generations; and Dwight Howard revealed his true self long ago.

People hate LeBron and the Heat because of "The Decision" and the fact that they guaranteed like 7 championships. I actually respect the Lakers. They at least know how to keep their mouths shut

Because dwight howard didn't ***** out just to win a championship. He said he wanted to define his own legacy instead of living up to the lakers hype. He didn't make this decision the GM's did.
