Bit of a vague question. Are you planning on paying someone to make the website? Are you talking about buying the domain/hosting?

I recommend trying www.wohooo.net. It would cost you $6.50 a month to host a site like you want and the first month is half price. They will even design the site real cheap for you if you don't want to use the tools they provide for designing. I hope my answer helped.
