it shows the smileys on the reply functions.... but it shows an "X" in the posts when someone tries to use them.

I need to come up with some rules, but as you may know, they take a very long time to write up. So I was wondering if I could take someone elses rules on their website and post them as my own? or If i put their website domain name at the bottom of the rules signifying that they are theres, then may I use them?

Tomorrow I am going to start creating a website for all you reptile lovers. But i was wondering what functions you guys would like? I am pretty convenient so I will listen. I just want to make something that will help everyone out. I know kingsnake .com is a reptile website... but to me, its to messy!! Does anyone have any suggestions? Ofcourse, I will be including forums, friends, and normal functions. But what other functions would you guys want, that other sites dont have? Also, would you guys want one site that has all the reptiles,amphibians, invertebrates (all in one)... or different sites for different types of animl classes?

Also, what animals do you guys have? :)
