What are good photoshop websites/apps?

I want to photoshop a picture so it looks like I'm standing with Louis Tomlinson, David Beckham, etc. What are good websites or apps that are easy to use to achieve this? Besides Faceinhole.

    There is a editing program very similiar to Photoshop called GIMP

    You can download it for free here -

    Or you could download PAINT TOOL SAI which is free and a wannabe photoshop but its pretty good :D

    if you have an android you can download "Picarts" onto your phone and its a cute program and does pretty well.
