Seriously, Gamestop is just a congregation of rip-off artists. 99% of their profit is from buying your used games/consoles for ridiculously low prices, and then selling them for twice the amount.
In all honesty, I'd be surprised if you got $100 for an Xbox 360.
Want some advice? Just sell it on eBay for the price you actually want. You could probably get anywhere from $120 to maybe $150.
