Help! I need sleep!!!!!!?

Okay, so my first day of school is tomorrow. I want to get to bed by ten and also get up at six for a total of eight hours. However, what can I do so that I go to bed and fall asleep very quickly?

I don't want to take any medications that will make me do so.

    Think about good things you did that day. Don't watch tv 2 hours prior to sleeping. Don't exersize 2 hours before sleep. Don't eat after 8. Eat healthy foods. Relax while your in bed. Go lay down on your bed at 9 so you can fall asleep at 10. Good luck :)

    Well, if you're not wanting to take a sleep aid then I would read a book while in bed about an hour before you go to sleep and during the day today get and move so it takes your energy!

    Tire yourself through the day, take warm milk and light dinner before bed. Listen to some relaxing music, and no PC and TV.

    Warm milk and honey always helps me to fall asleep
