Thinning hair spot on crown! Help please!?

So for a while now i have had hair thinning on my crown area at the top of my head. i also have a receding hairline and im only 18! :( :(

I know this is male pattern baldness because i have been to the doctors about it! The only thing he suggested was regaine for men! im not keen to use this because you have to use it forever otherwise if you stop the hair that you loose falls out! I ordered this product from the US called provillus! It seems to have stopped a lot of my hairfall and help to grow my receding hairline back a little! However, it's done nothing for my thinning patch on the crown! its so embarresing to have! like if you shine the light on it, it appears bald kind of :(! I do still have hair in this area but its very thin! does anyone know of any things that can get your hair back on your crown? or any natural ways and things I can do at home other than a massage!?? Any help will be appreciated! Thank you!
