I'd say Malkin has the most physical skill in the NHL, slightly ahead of Ovechkin and Kovalchuk (Malkin isn't as good at skating or as strong; both have 40 lbs on him and are the same height; but Malkin is much like Lemieux in terms of his hands, puck control, etc)

The best would be Crosby, hands down. Enjoy him while you can; he's a dirty little ****, but he's the best player you are ever going to see in your lifetime

According to the NHL 13 rating its Crosby and Datsyuk both rated 95 overall

I know he's been through injury and its hurting his legacy , but Sidney Crosby is the all round best player in the NHL , hes won the art Ross , Stanley cup , Olympic gold , world championships. and is still in his early twentys . his ppg put anyone in the league to shame .

Im not even a Penguins fan but, the Kids Good.

Pavel Datsyuk. Guy is one of the best on both sides of the ice. All around greatest.

Phil Kessel's made a career of racking up the goals while playing with people who aren't at his skill level, so I'd say him.
