child support deception?
My ex and I went to court because he was 11,000 delinquent in child support. I saved him from jail and suggested he pay only 300.00 till he got a job. (he was supposed to pay 600.00 and change) When he got a job making over 20.00 an hour he never informed the court. When we went back after our oldest turned 19 (he had been paying 300.00 for two girls all this time.) The judge just said oops. Doesn't he still owe my for all this time he had the job and never told the court he was working?

No, the order can not be modified after the child turns 18. If you have a child under 18 you can file a petition to modify to have the support for that child increased and the modification will be effective the day you file for it. You can not go back in time and ask for retroactive increases for an amount someone should have been paying.
