How to fix this malware virus thing? please help!?
My laptop has gone all wrong, like it has a virus. It started with my netflix going all wrong, and now my laptop won't connect to the internet at all. I have norton, and it was saying everything was fine, but now its saying my pc security is at risk. "4 issues leaving you unprotected against latest threats." Someone who worked for netflix said norton wasn't finding the problem because it was more of a malware than a virus. Idk what to do or how to fix it! I don't have $ to go somewhere to get it fixed because im just a kid....please help!

Sounds more like you're having network driver problems. Most virus's and malware doesn't want to take you offline. Most of it is created to either spy on you (like financial information) or use your machine as a spam server.
As for the "4 issues leaving you unprotected", I've found most Anti-Virus\Malware programs say that about the smallest of things, but you should be able to click on the message to find out for sure.
Try reinstalling your network drivers. A CD with the drivers should have come with your machine.
