Like 6 or 8 years ago my doctor said when I need my inhaler to take two puffs and no more for 6 hours. Nowadays I very rarely need my inhaler but all week I've needed it. I've used it 4 times (8 puffs) in the past 7 hours. But after an hour or two my chest is tight again and it's hard to breathe. I'm at school so I can't use my nebulizer for another 5 hours. The medicine is making me really shaky but even now I'm not breathing as easy as normal. Is it ok to keep using it?

Usually I drink a small glass if 2% everyday but for the last week or two I've been craving milk and I've been having like 2-4 pretty big glasses a day. Why is that? I'm just curious.

My laptop has gone all wrong, like it has a virus. It started with my netflix going all wrong, and now my laptop won't connect to the internet at all. I have norton, and it was saying everything was fine, but now its saying my pc security is at risk. "4 issues leaving you unprotected against latest threats." Someone who worked for netflix said norton wasn't finding the problem because it was more of a malware than a virus. Idk what to do or how to fix it! I don't have $ to go somewhere to get it fixed because im just a kid....please help!

I need to lose about 10 pounds. I'm not fat or whatever, but my clothes are getting tight. I exercize regularly, and I know I eat healthy balanced meals, so I really have no idea why I gained weight. I've tried to cut out carbs and sweets, and idk what to do. Should I just eat way way less? I just really really need advice. I really want to lose the weight, and I don't want to develope a disorder or anything. But I'm sick of how my body is. P.s. I'm a 15 yr old girl, 5 ft.6 or 7, 150 lbs.

The past few weeks I haven't been able to sleep in, and its summer! I'm a teen, so I know I need more sleep than I'm getting. I usually wake up in the middle of the night, but I've done that my whole life. Today I really tried to sleep later, and ever since I've woke up I've been so so so tired. I know tons of people are crazy for peanut butter, but I wasn't until I became a vegetarian in january, probably because I needed protein, but I started eating meat and my normal diet again in february. And ever since then, I'm addicted. I have hardly any self control.I only get the natural kind, it's ingredients are only peanuts and salt, incase this makes a difference. What do I do?? Why am I addicted to pb?!

I've been eating smaller portions successfully for a week. It's way less than I usually eat, but I used to eat till past full, and I've been stopping when I'm full. So I've been eating more frequently, only when I'm hungry. I also gave up bread, which I didn't eat much of anyway. But I've still had oats and some pasta. I've cut out bread before and it didn't give me stomach trouble, maybe my body is more sensitive now, but my stomach has been acting funny. Thanks for anything :)

I am doing some hw and have all my songs except a song about parent and child conflict that relates to Romeo and Juliet. Juliet's parents arranged a marriage for Juliet that she doesn't want to do, and told her they'd kick her out if she didn't go through with it. I can't think of any songs that relate! Please help!
