How to eat less? advice?
I need to lose about 10 pounds. I'm not fat or whatever, but my clothes are getting tight. I exercize regularly, and I know I eat healthy balanced meals, so I really have no idea why I gained weight. I've tried to cut out carbs and sweets, and idk what to do. Should I just eat way way less? I just really really need advice. I really want to lose the weight, and I don't want to develope a disorder or anything. But I'm sick of how my body is. P.s. I'm a 15 yr old girl, 5 ft.6 or 7, 150 lbs.
Thanks for all of the tips :) and someone said don't eat nuts? Like don't eat crazy, or literally not nuts? Because i eat quite a lot of nuts and all natural peanut butter (the only ingredients are peanuts and salt. No sugar.)

There's two ways to look at the situation.
1 you want to lose the weight.
Or 2, you want to lose it and keep it off. IE a lifestyle change.
For the 1st option easiest way to lose 10 pounds is to go on the "hollywood" diet. its a juice that you drink.instructions are all there you only and i mean only drink the juice and water for an entire day,you cant even have gum, and you'll lose 10 pounds. But the next day you're probably gonna go back to your regular eating and you'll gain the weight back within a week.
The 2nd would be to simply exercise more. Focus on cardio and lifting on any area of your body you want to improve.
Examples of excercises would be leg lifts: if you want to tone your legs, which most guys find attractive, do as many as you can without weight then rest and repeat. If you want to build bulk muscle do few reps with as much weight as you can.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THIS: no matter what you do DO NOT eat less. Continue what you're doing now and record for about a week the average amount of fod you eat. Then when your ready to change eat the same amount a day but more often. Such as if you eat 2000 calories a day in 3 meals do it in 6 meals instead.
Good luck!

Fat is frustrating but I can help you;) first of all if you exercise everday (which I gather you do) your body needs carbs not alot but about 1 piece of toast to engergize your body. Make sure you get a good amount of protein at every meal stop eating nuts and drink a large glass of water b4 every meal and I think the reason on why you gained weight is cause you gained muscle.
So good luck honey and of all else fails consult a dietitian xox

Your weight to height is in the normal range. So, if you're not fat, then you've gained muscle and your clothes don't fit because you're bigger. Good for you. Buy new clothes.
