how can I file a complaint against a probation officer?

I don't like to rock the boat but this woman has no business working with children! She would not answer questions and tell us anything and she would not tell us when we had hearings she would not tell me when until an hour before and then act super suprised when we showed up.

She really started messing with is when we hired an out of county attorney for my son. It got so bad that the attorney made a written request that all communication between us should be through him. There was at least once that she had my son sign paperwork with no attorney present.

The thing that takes the cake is when she sent the paperwork to the juvenile justice system. She was malicious and slanderous. She said we didn't want him home (lie) that we harass our nieghbors.(i have not spoken to them since the incedent). That we are uncooperative.(i called nearly everyday to see what we could do to help) and that we did not want our child to take responsibility for his actions(my husband is on TAPE saying that if he did it he should take responsibility for it)

I do not understand why she would want to do such a mean thing. Is there any way we can file a complaint?

Update:

@josh. My child is not a juvenile delinquent . You don't know his story so you should not have an opinion. I used to feel the same way as you until this happened to usamd now I see how many people have been put away when they are already productive members of society.

My child has never caused any problems.and has never even had as much as a detention in school. They also had no physical evidence nor a witness to the crime. Yet they picked him up and interrogated him without a parent nor an attorney present. And frightend him into a confession most of which did not even fit the crime he was accused of.

Please don't answer if you can't answer the question nicely.

You say your son has never caused any problems. A court has found otherwise.

"Uncooperative" seems pretty accurate if will only communicate through your lawyer.

Go ahead and complain to the chief of probation. I don't think you'll get much satisfaction.
