I found out someone has been copying all my posts on Facebook trying to catch me doing who knows what. Their favorite things to copy are the things I buy and sell on the garage sale sites and personal posts. Is this I know it's not harassment as they are not saying things about me yet but what about stalking? It kinda makes me nervous.

I slipped and fell this morning and I am having severe pain in my hip area. When I fell it was on a tile floor. I heard an audible pop or crack at the exact moment I felt the pain. In fact I told my son that I "heard" the pain. The pain has gotten worse as the day progresses. It hurts to lie down it hurts to sit and it hurts to stand. The pain is mostly in the front at the crease and upper thigh and raidiates to the buttock. I cannot see swelling but I carry some "extra" weight in my hip area. I am in my mid 40's if that helps any. When I try to walk without a limp my foot wants to turn in to the right and I pull in that direction.

My friend died in South Africa not long after she arrived and I was wondering about embassy policy on returning a body. How long might it take to get through the red tape? How do they return them, cremated? in a body bag? How expensive might it be to get them home?

My credit is O.K. Not bad just not a lot of history. I am buying land from a friend/family member who is selling it to me for half the appraised price. I am seeking the price of the land plus improvements to the four houses that I will rent to make my loan payment which will only be 1/3 of the value and I will be putting the land up for collateral.

I lent my phone to someone (NOT HAPPENING AGAIN!!!) They apparently got on the internet from my phone and looked at an inappropriate website and now whenever I open my browser this web page comes up. I have already tried removing and replacing my battery several times.How can I remove this website from my browser permanently? The phone is an HTC android Thunderbolt.

I am working at cleaning the kitchen and when I open my refrigerator there is no light , so I start checking plugs etc and notice the whole south side of my kitchen is totally out! So I'm thinking breaker tripped for some reason but when I check it hasn't been tripped! I flipped it anyway and still no electricity! Whats up with that? The rest of my house is fine.

I have put leins on residential and commercial buildings before but until now I have never had difficulty getting paid for a government building. The job is done and it has been approved. I have also waited for the appropriate waiting period.

I fell in the yard yesterday and jammed my right arm into the ground hard. I noticed in a few minutes that my right arm was stiff and somewhat painful around the biceps area. Today It was much worse, very painful and hard to raise up. It hurts whether I am relaxed or using it. The pain is worse when I try to raise it up and the pain is extreme when I try to rotate my wrist as in trying to open a door. It's mostly my biceps area along with the shoulder but at times it radiates to the elbow and thumb.

They are already canine good citizens. Is it legally required for them to be certified in order to be therapy dogs? We live at least 100 miles from the nearest therapy animals and I think our nursing homes and schools could benefit from this.

I ran across this on a comment somewhere else. they were talking about the sixth Earth. I was curious as to what religion this was and what exactly the sixth Earth was. All my replies will be respectful.

A kid burnt down my garage and was ordered to pay restitution. He went to jail for 12-24 months. He is to pay the probation office who is to distribute the money to victims. Will the probation office go ahead and pay me before the kid gets out or will I have to wait?

Say a person has a settlement coming to him from a car accident and around the same time a minor child gets a judgement for restitution against him. Can they take his fathers settlement?

This would be in the state of Texas.

If a child is orderd into an institution and is a ward of the state and yet he is ordered to pay restitution, are the payments required before the child leaves the custody of the state? And if so and the parent cannot afford the payments what happens to them?

Went to clean a house and there was a yellow jacket nest above the door.when I went to close the door several of them stung me. I tried baking soda and meat tenderizer like you would for wasps but its not helping them any. I could ignore one or two bit I have several in different places!

I don't like to rock the boat but this woman has no business working with children! She would not answer questions and tell us anything and she would not tell us when we had hearings she would not tell me when until an hour before and then act super suprised when we showed up.

She really started messing with is when we hired an out of county attorney for my son. It got so bad that the attorney made a written request that all communication between us should be through him. There was at least once that she had my son sign paperwork with no attorney present.

The thing that takes the cake is when she sent the paperwork to the juvenile justice system. She was malicious and slanderous. She said we didn't want him home (lie) that we harass our nieghbors.(i have not spoken to them since the incedent). That we are uncooperative.(i called nearly everyday to see what we could do to help) and that we did not want our child to take responsibility for his actions(my husband is on TAPE saying that if he did it he should take responsibility for it)

I do not understand why she would want to do such a mean thing. Is there any way we can file a complaint?

I could see maybe big pharma as they have been really corrupt but why so afraid of doctors? My sons doctor did several things obviously wrong and yet most lawyers are scared to death of her. I thought lawyers would take on anyone.
