an illeagle alien claims arson on a vehicle?

In a restitution hearing he claims he had $10,000 in cash and the entire families birth certificates on the vehicle. What are his chances that he will get the cash back in restitution?

    Exactly zero. Unless he has some sort of concrete evidence that he had the $10,000 in cash in the car, which he doesn't.

    Of course, once someone calls ICE and he's deported for breaking immigration laws, it won't really matter much, will it?
