what do i wear to a banana republic interview?
im 17 so im pretty sure a suit is a little much. i was thinking some khaki pants, not dress pants but they're pants or some grey dress pants. i have a banana republic shirt but what shoes do i wear? i have some black dress shoes, they are moccassins in a way but they dont have laces. what should i wear though? any advice for the interview would help too, thanks.

Wear the dress pants and the shirt or just a plain dress shirt, you should really be formal for an interview if you want a positive outcome.
I would try to find some cheap dress shoes, and not wear the moccassins.

Its important to dress the part. Even though you are young, you should make sure that you dress appropriately for the interview. Between the khakis/mocassins vs suit...I would go more formal rather than casual. You will be seen as more professional. If you have a noticeable banana republic tie or piece that would be great.
Do some research before the interview about Banana Republic. Companies always want to know how well you know their products and if you are passionate about it.
