Late Summer/Fall Bass Lures?
Gonna be heading up to michigan in a deep clear lake with weeds, rocks, drop off for smallies and largies. 10 ft visibility in the lake. what lures should i be using? will wacky worms work? And how about in a reservoir in virginia?

Topwater baits. Both locations. Weedless frogs in the grass and weeds, Spooks and Pop-Rs (and like lures) around rocks, humps, drop offs, or any other kind of structure.
Both bass species will be focusing on baitfish right now.

Use dropshot rigs tipped with gulp minnows. Recently caught 50+ smallmouth out of traverse bay in 20-30 ft of water on reefs just ontop of dropoffs. But ultimately you will need to narrow it down yourself. Sorry I don't know about the reservoirs.

I would use a 4-6ft diving crankbait with a natural color. A black or white spinnerbait will also catch you fish.
