AS Biology - why such a bad grade? UMS?
Just got my AS Biology exam result, I got a D. My UMS was 29/60. However on the papers I scored 77 and 54 out of 80, my average percentage being about 65%. That is assuming I didn't get a single mark for my coursework, which I find hard to believe. In any case, surely 65% is worth more than a D grade? Has anyone else been screwed like this? Are Edexcel certificates not worth the paper they're written on?

im fairly sure anyway, it was last year i was at college....but i will warn you about biology, depending on your exam board be very careful of the last exam year 2 of college.... i got 116/120 first AS exam then 116/120 2nd AS exam again, then 96/120 first A2 exam then 34/120 for the last.....i now study biology at university whch is easier than that some of the stuff in that last paper, its very hard, revise lots.
