    petition for change.org is best place you get to implement it as well. for example you pettion NSA and CIA like i did to acknowledge magnetic shields the headlines shoud read:MAN PETIONS CIA ANS NSA ON MAGNETIC SHIELSDS. or Man advovates u.s. bill of rights as anti-malware computer program ANOTHER OF MY PETITIONS . then there is one that negates christianity via magnts. jesus could have used these to stop maybe.
