Why do I have painful cramping and swelling?

Im breastfeeding a 10 month old and just now weaning off of night feedings. I have not had a period since before pregnancy so its been almost 2 yrs since my last menstruation. I had a c section, and i know for an absolute fact Im not pregnant because its been a year and a half since i last did anything lol. Im assuming since Im beginning to wean, my period is about to return, but this is really painful, and i am really bloated, I look pregnant which is impossible because I haven't been with anybody in a year and a half. Why is the cramping and swelling so extreme????!!!

I agree with the answers that say - go get checked. Something is going on .....make an apptmt for your own peace of mind ......maybe by the time they can see you - your period will have started and this will all be in the past. Good luck.

This occurred to me two months in the past. I would slightly stroll. When I wen't to the docter they stated I wanted heel help. What I wanted used to be a few flat heeled sneakers(I had prime heeled sneakers so the ones have been developing strain on my ft). If this nonetheless hurts after five weeks and when you move to the docter and get your heel help, You have got to return there and ask if you wish to have Supporters. My instructor, and great pal has them. My loved ones tree has diabetes and plaque construct up. =(

I'm not sure. Maybe since it's been so long since your period it could feel bad the first time? I would probably call your gyno's office and just ask the nurse or something.
