my blood group is A1+ and my wife A1B- and now she is pregnant, will any problem occur due to this?

    no there is no problem to first child

    at the time of delivery if the blood of cord is

    Rh +ve then Anti D inj is given ,

    it protects from problem to 2nd child

    don't worry doctor will take care of this

    Negative blood types need the Rhogam shot later on in pregnancy. Otherwise get cells will attack the baby but the doctor will schedule one when needed. She may also need another after birth and for any future pregnancies.

    This is nothing to worry about, at around the 28th week she will be give a shot to prevent her body from creating anti-bodies that will target the fetus. Many women get this shot and are just fine.
