ในWin7ของผมมันไม่มี Install/uninstall languages?

ผมต้องการที่จะสร้างเมนูภาษาไทย แต่พอเปิดเข้าไปใน Region and Language แล้ว Click ที่ Keyboards and Languages tab ในช่องด้านล่างที่ควรจะมี Install/uninstall languages แต่ในเครื่องผมไม่มีครับ ทำยังไงถึงจะมี Install/uninstall languages อ่ะครับ ช่วยด้วยครับ

    ถ้าหมายถึงต้องการ User Interface ที่เป็นภาษาไทย ถ้าใช้ Windows 7 Ultimate จะมีตัว update มาให้เลือกในหมวดของ Optinal ใน WIndows Update โดยดูวิธีทำที่

    ผมอ่านตั้งนานแล้ว ไม่เข้าใจคำว่า จะสร้างเมนู ภาษาไทย หมาย ความ ว่า มันไม่มี ภาษาไทย หรือครับ หรือ หมายถึงการตั้งค่า ภาษาไทย

    Keyboards and Languages tab มีนะครับ change keyboapd มั้ง ครับ หรือผมไม่เข้าใจ คำถาม
