Is XFINITY telling the truth that Directv charges more?

I watched an ad as I was thinking of going satellite as they have better features.

- 100% increase after a year

- $2500 2 year contract

- $480 termination fee

- $45 increase after 3 months

Are they telling the truth there or lying?

    i doubt they are telling the truth. seems like there is some hidden fees somewhere in the fine print
