Every time I have a bowel movement I have severe lower abdominal pain?

It was so bad last night that I went to the hospital. They did blood work and checked my urine and everything was good. Has anyone ever experienced this or known anyone who has?

It sounds like you might have an impaction and all the fecal matter is not coming down. Diet high in Fiber, lots of water and exercise can help. I had this problem for a long time and then I put Fiber in my diet. Drs and hospitals don't always think in the vein of smaller problems. They see green when you go the ER.

If the cramping is sill there then try a Fleets enema. You can get them at any drug store.

If you are having diarrhea it could be a hard stool plugging your bowel and watery stool can pass around

it. If it is Diverticulitis you may see bleeding.

    Any questions e mail me.

sounds like it ought to nicely be IBS irritable bowel syndrome, you're maximum likely having soreness as you've a backlog of waste on your bowels. Make an appointment along with your physician, and drink a lot of water. For some human beings fibre makes the precedence worse. if you're getting blood on your stools or are dropping weight or oftentimes feeling ill see you r physician asap.

  • You should talk to your Dr., ask for a c-scope.

Look up diverticulitis, if you fit the description / symptoms.

    There is also the diverticuli.

Not quite diverticulitis, but getting there.
