I'll be honest, this team is not very good. You built your team based on guys who have been clutch in past or you've heard being hyped up by the media. Your top running back and wide receiver are hurt right now and you don't even have two running backs who are fully healthy right now for week one. This is a very tough situation, but the best thing to do is SELL SELL SELL! Deal Tom Brady for an elite player and another quarterback to start, do the same with RG3 (without the elite player, but you'll still get a good player in return)
Right now, I'd rate you as the infamous "cellar-dweller" meaning you're going to be in the bottom of the standings. You need to let go of your top players for guys who aren't quite as good, but can get your lineup fully healthy. Then you have to play the waiver wire well, picking up any player has the potential to be the next Cam Newton, Victor Cruz, or Miles Austin.
Good luck, I hope this works out for you.

QB - Brady is a fantasy machine.
RG3 is a rookie. I don't have rookies on my team as a rule. You just don't know if he will be the next Cam Newton, or the next Jamarcus Russel. Just have to wait and see.
WR - Jennings is a top 5 receiver, good pick.
Crabtree has yet to prove he can perform at a top level in the NFL. He has been a disappointment since he came into the league.
Holmes is a good receiver with a very average quarterback. Unless the Jets pull their heads out, he is going to struggle.
Washington will be good while Britt is out, but when Britt gets back his numbers will fall.
Jones is behind Jennings and Nelson, not going to do much unless one of them get hurt.
RB - A Peterson will be back and back strong, good pick.
Reggie Bush was better last year than he has ever been, and it looks like he will be the feature back in Miami. I'm not sold on him, but he should be good for 1,000 yards if he stays healthy. Probably not a lot of touchdowns though.
Starks has been having a bad training camp and looks bad. That's why they signed Cedric Benson. I dropped Starks on 4 of my teams and picked up Benson.
TE - Finley is not exceptionally talented, but Green Bay throws so many passes he will get his share of catches, good pick.
Dallas Clark is a great sleeper. He is a good tight end and has everyone thinking he isn't good anymore because the Colts sucked last season. If he is healthy, he can come up big for you.
DEF - Both NY defenses are good. But you never know how good any defense is going to be until about halfway through the season.
I say your starters are good except for a couple question marks with Holmes and Bush. Both have a great upside if they live up to potential.
If your in a 12+ team league, you are sitting good.
If you are in a 10 or less team league, you are in trouble.
Good luck.

Pretty weak. Other than Brady and Jennings, nobody else really stands out. You don't have a lot of depth, and if AP is out the first week who are you going to plug in?
