Why is my dress size so small if i'm really not that skinny?

You are actually skinnier than you think. And your shirts are probably not skin right,mike a dress is. So a 4 must fit you perfectly, whereas shirts might not be as tight fitting. Also, there aren't a Ton of dress sizes.mso basically with jeans there's a lot more variation

I don't think it's small. I'm 5'3", 125 pounds and am a 4. I'm somewhat curvy I suppose and wear a 26 in jeans too. A 26 is usually considered a size 2(and sometimes a 4) in most stores, so I'd say they are pretty equal.

Sizing is an absolute nightmare, especially because it varies so much. We've all had the same experience of being a size 6 in one shop, and an 8 in the other, so its normal to be confused by your sizing. They say that your dress size matches your pants size, but that's never been true for me either!

I'm not exactly sure why your dress size is so small. I guess it's nothing to complain about, right? Hahah. It probably has something to do with material and the fitting of the dress.

Thats normal. I weigh 126 and i wear a 4 in a dress. I am 5'0 and wear small in shirt and size 3 in pants .

I don't really know :o I weigh a bit more than you, and my measurements are 35, 27 1/2, 35/36. I fit into a size 8/10 dress. Were your measurements professional? Maybe you mixed it up a bit :o
