How did sturboy83 get so many views?

I was just going through the top list from youtube and I saw this user sturboy83 among them. He has 412 million total views but the videos he currently has only make for less than a million total views. 
I saw in his statistics that there have been days where he got around 50 million views/day and then suddenly he only got like 100 views a day. This looks an awful lot like cheating. Does anybody know how he did this?

There's no way that just advertising or marketing did this.

The only options are:
1)Brilliant video content (He must have deleted most of them because his the views on his videos don't add up)

2)Cheating, which is the obvious one. Using sites to give him superficial views.

If his views were real, he would have at least 50,000 subscribers, don't you think?

I knew a user a few years ago that had a cheat for Channel Views, he got 100,000 channel views every night and kept doing it for weeks. I don't know how he did it, but it can be done.

This is site is not very popular and has a low page rank
The website expected life is short.
This website has been reported as being untrustworthy
This website/business has been given a low reliability rating by other websites
The website appears to be less than six months old.

It has a 0% Trust Rating & it's a High Risk site.
