guys 50 + please answer?

My companion and I have been together on and off for the last 5 years both living in different states. He is 50 and I am 57 . I retired and moved in with him to save us money.[ from 2 rents and so forth.] He has never had a problem in the last 5 years now however I don't do anything right. He knew I keep things neat and orderly. Now he complains about everything I do, if I wash/dry/fold and put away his clothes he crabs because he use to just throw them in the drawers.

If I mow the lawn he crabs because I didn't weed-whack, if I take out the trash he says it could have waited...he has also gotten rude.

He will walk in the door and ask what is for dinner without even hi or hello and say it better be ready ...or he will tell me he wants this,this and this done before he gets home...and expects everything done.

He also expects me to do everything and is rather demanding about it.

What has gotten into to him? I understands he works 5 days a week, he sleeps most of the day on week-ends which means if I want something done I do have to do it myself.

Basically he gets up at 5 leaves by 6 gets home at 5 takes a shower, eats and falls asleep by 6:30...on weekends he gets up does a small project lays down at noon and gets up for supper and goes back to sleep...

he doesn't talk to me much says there is nothing to talk about and he is too tired...he just got a clean bill of health so he isn't sick.

So why is it everything I do is wrong and why is he so demanding and rude all of a sudden?

I am so frustrated I could scream I just don't understand!
