How healthy do I have to eat to gain muscle?
I know you have to eat healthy, but how healthy? I dont eat stuff like mc donalds and other fast foods. I eat stuff like cereal, and choclate chip muffins for break fast/ microwaveable mini pizzas, begal bites, microwaveable mac&cheeses, and ramen noodles for lunch/ and stuff like chicken breasts, steak, tacos, fish, quesadillas, spaghetti w/meatballs for dinner. and the only snack i eat is sunchips. How is this diet? I am 5'11, 165lbs, 11% bodyfat, semi-muscular

Refrain from eating fast foods and stuff like microwaveable foods/cup noodles. Before and after a workout consider eating a bit of protein whether it be in a bar, powdered, or naturally in a food. Do not over eat before a work out as it may cause distress during the work out. It's recommended to have nutrition AT LEAST 2 hours after a workout or your workout was pointless.
