Paranormal activity happening to my grandmother.?

Don't give me any bullshit about how "im crazy or stupid for believing". I need genuine help to anyone who can give it. Don't try to sell me the "maybe shes just old because shes only 54 and nowhere near senile. My grandmother is a very strong woman, and doesn't necessarily become easily frightened. Last night while i was in my room on the internet i got a phone call from my grandmother in the next room over asking for me to help her and open the door because someone was hurting her. She sounded frightened and when i went into the living room she told me that there was a man trying to pin her down and he whispered in her ear and when she tried to speak she couldn't. She says she knew it was a spirit because she felt the same energy and it happened to her about 6 years earlier where a spirit whispered in her ear. What can i do to help i love her and ill do anything to try and help her.
