I've Done Michel Thomas Japanese- Would Pimsleur Be Of Help?

Okay, I've gone through Michel Thomas, and I was wondering- should I try the Pimsleur Japanese? I know Pimsleur doesn't properly explain a lot of things, but since I have used Michel Thomas, I at least have the back bone (though that bone is skimpy, as the Japanese Michel Thomas is slow paced). I know WHY I use は when I do. I tried the first lesson for free a while ago, and it messed me up by not explaining things. But should I do it now? And note, I know both of these resources are very pricey, my library has them, I just rent 'em.

Update:

I do watch Japanese media, and I do read Japanese textbooks. I just want to reinforce my knowledge.

Hi! I've used both programs in Russian, Japanese, and French. Honestly, pimsleur is just as hyped as rosetta stone. The reason I'm not a fan of pimsleur is because the dialogue is SO generic and touristy. Even if you listened to each unit 100 times, you would not understand much because the course seems to be tailored for middle aged businessmen.

However, I will say that it would be useful for listening practice.

I used it to try to understand what my teacher says as he teaches a french class entirely in french, and I found that it didn't help at all. Depending on your purpose for learning japanese and who you will be speaking to more often, it may or may not be useful to you.

And yes, there is absolutely no grammar mentioned throughout.

I might say cross and are living in Japan or Sweden since talking a overseas language to its local audio system is the nice technique to be taught it. For individuals who cannot cross there, you have to to find but yet another ways. First of all, I advocate you to buy a grammer e-book. (I've without doubt no longer used laptop systems and can certainly not use) And study a few grammar standards of it. And to be taught the terms. (should you desire to emerge as fluent you have to have a well vocablury) And looking at movies, being attentive to songs, and looking at tv shows are the quality ways to research a worldwide language. And likewise, you have got to training continuously. And don't you ever quit.
