NHL:Is 3 weeks enough time for a deal to happen?

I don't want there to be a lockout like the NBA & NHL

It should be, but they won't be organized, they'll try to cram everything into a week or so, and then they will lockout the players.

3 weeks is still plenty of time for the nhl and the nhlpa to come to an agreement. Both sides are trying to act big and tough because they want the most out of the new cba agreement. My bet is that the nhlpa folds soon because they know that they will lose a ton a revenue this year. I doubt that it will effect the season. Both sides are hopefully to smart to let that happen. If not the nhl is going to lose a whole bunch of fans again.

  • There will be a lockout. Can`t wait for the World Juniors, Canada will have an even sicker team because of this!

No, not for the NHLPA and the owners obviously. I think more like a full year. A whole season will get canceled because of another labor dispute.

Yes it is, but it's not helpful that both sides are only meeting a few days a week for a few hours at most.
