Technically they all of them COULD get a test as it's random, but no.. they don't.
Yes. It should be mandatory for a team to randomly test every player on their roster regularly. Maybe 10 a week or so. That way you could get the whole roster done in one month.

I was under the impression that they all got tested, they just did not know when. Regardless, each player should be tested every game. The fans knowing they have a clean sport will more than pay for the expense.

i honestly think mlb should blood test every player in the league to cut down on all the cheaters.I dont believe every player does but most do players do get drug tested but blood tests would be a more effective way of catching them

No they are at random starting before the season and through until the end.
