Which position should I play for my High School Basketball team?

Do not limit yourself, you want the coach to feel that you can play more than one position as you will play more and the coach will like you better. It sounds like you either can play shooting guard or small forward this season. Play your best and let the coach decide where you can best help the team. It is unlikely weighing as little as you do that you could be a power forward this year, but if you work out real hard, maybe Junior year you can add a 3rd position to your bag of tricks.

It all depennds. If this is not your first time on the team go for somthing that your team is bad at. Your height is good for a small guard. If you can make 3-Pointers easy as pie then go for it. If you are fast on the ball go for it. But do what you think your best at.

I would go with point guard. Point guards have to be athletic and good passers. Shooting Guard is optional.
