Choose wisely, don't pick one because it's cheap. The U brand by kotex works very well. If you decide to wear a pad, you will embarrass yourself. From the looks of it, you think about appearance more than logic. So take my advice into consideration.

honestly it's tampons or no swimming. do NOT go swimming without a tampon, the water does NOT stop blood from leaking. you're going to end up with blood stains or blood in the water. you cant swim with a pad because besides the fact that everyone will see it through your swimsuit, it will absorb the water and get worse.

there's really no option to swim if theres no tampon option. just put the tampon in your purse/bag. a guy isn't going to find it unless he looks through your bag.
