Should I give this nice guy a chance?
There is a very nice gentleman who has had a crush on me for over 15 years. Now that I am single he would like me to finally give him a chance and go out with him. I am hesitant because he works in my community, which is how I know him. I have lived in the same place for 40 years. I know everyone and they all know me. Should I take a chance with someone who works where I live, aka sh*t where I eat? Or should I avoid the situation altogether?
He is the head of the maintenance department in our huge co-op complex, very sweet and good looking but also a couple of inches shorter than I am. I realize that shouldn't be a factor but I am 5'10" and have never dated a short man before. Any objective thoughts?
Thanks

Well he sounds really nice and hes also been waiting really long for you. I think you should definately give him a chance. I wouldnt worry about being in the same community. Also I know what you mean with the height. Im shorter than you and I normally won't date guys unless they are taller. But I did date someone who was short and he was really cool. So I would just give him a chance. Good luck :)

Sure, doesn't seem much harm in doing so(: Plus who knows, you might start to grow more and more fond of him.

If there's a chance for love............what difference does it make where he lives, what he does or his height...............
